Leoben was the second Cylon to be discovered.

Leoben Conoy was initially discovered at the Ragnar Anchorage munitions depot, where Galactica fled to after the initial Cylon attack on the Colonies. That Conoy was killed by Commander Adama after a hand-to-hand battle which ended with Commander Adama smashing in Conoy's head with a flashlight.
