Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader? (2009– ) is a game show that airs in syndication. The show also airs in primetime on CMT, where they are currently showing episodes different from the syndicated ones. It is assumed that those episodes will appear in syndication later. On Tuesday nights, two repeats air on myNetworkTV.

The show is very similar to the FOX version of the show, including bringing along host Jeff Foxworthy, but some changes have been made to the gameplay. Instead of a 'money ladder', with each question getting you higher on the ladder, each grade level now has its' own value for getting the question right. You can no longer walk away, and if you get a question wrong, your money is dropped to $0. After completing all ten questions, you can risk your winnings on a bonus question, and get 10 times what you won if you get it right, or nothing if you get it wrong.
